Pros :

Responsive Customer Service: The team is often described as friendly and available, ready to answer questions and resolve issues quickly.

Well-Equipped Vehicles: The campervans offered are generally well-maintained and equipped with essential amenities, such as kitchens, camping gear, and in some cases, even showers. This allows travelers to enjoy a certain level of comfort while being in the great outdoors.

Excellent Value for Money: Compared to other accommodation options in Iceland, renting a campervan can prove to be an economical solution, especially for groups or families.

Cons :

Weather Conditions: Iceland is known for its unpredictable climate. Customers may encounter difficult weather conditions, making driving a campervan less enjoyable. Some roads may be closed due to snow, limiting exploration options.

Additional Equipment Costs: While the base rate is competitive, some optional equipment (like camping chairs, GPS, or Wi-Fi connections) may incur additional fees that can make the total cost higher than expected.

In short, the customer experience with JS Camper IS offers undeniable advantages, especially in terms of flexibility and freedom of exploration.
