The pros :

Economy: Happy Camper IS offers competitive rates for campervan rentals, which can be more economical than booking hotels and eating at restaurants for every meal. Additionally, the ability to cook on board allows for further savings.

Quality Customer Service: The staff is generally described as friendly, responsive, and ready to help, contributing to a positive experience.

The cons :

Weather Conditions: Iceland is known for its unpredictable climate. Storms and difficult weather conditions can make driving dangerous and detract from the overall experience. This requires good preparation and driving skills on sometimes challenging roads.

Variable Equipment: Although most campervans are well-equipped, some customers have reported issues related to the condition or cleanliness of the vehicles. It is therefore essential to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before departure and report any anomalies.

In summary, the customer experience with Happy Camper IS combines an exciting adventure with potential challenges. By informing themselves and carefully preparing their trip, travelers can maximize the enjoyment of exploring the beautiful Iceland.
