The pros :
Flexibility and Freedom: Renting a campervan allows travelers to discover Iceland's stunning landscapes at their own pace. With a fully equipped vehicle, it is possible to stop at any moment to admire a waterfall or enjoy an incredible view.
Accessibility of tourist sites: Many iconic sites, such as the Golden Circle and the South Coast, can be easily accessed by campervan. This also allows you to stray from typical tourist routes and discover more secluded spots.
Quality customer service: Employees are often attentive and ready to provide advice on itineraries or the best places to visit, contributing to a positive experience.
The cons :
Challenging driving conditions: Icelandic roads can be demanding, especially in winter. Travelers should be aware of weather conditions, and not all campervans are equipped to handle difficult situations such as snow or mud.
Equipment and maintenance: While most campervans are in good condition, some vehicles may require repairs or maintenance, which can lead to inconveniences and delays.
In summary, the customer experience with Hertz Iceland offers a wonderful opportunity to explore Iceland in a unique and personalized way, combining comfort and adventure. By being informed and prepared, travelers can maximize their enjoyment and fully appreciate this unforgettable experience. Whether for breathtaking landscapes or the spirit of adventure, renting a campervan in Iceland remains an attractive option for many explorers.
