El Monte RV is a campervan rental company present in the United States and the United Kingdom, offering a unique customer experience through its services. However, like any business, it has both positive and negative aspects in its customer experience.
On one hand, the positive aspects of the customer experience with El Monte RV are numerous. First of all, the company offers a wide fleet of high-quality campervans, providing customers with a broad choice in terms of size, comfort, and options. Whether you are traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends, you will certainly find a campervan suitable for your needs. Additionally, El Monte RV is renowned for its excellent customer service. Its dynamic and multilingual team is there to answer all customer questions and concerns, whether before, during, or after the rental. The agents are available and ready to help customers plan their trip, choose the ideal campervan, and resolve any potential issues. Furthermore, El Monte RV offers complementary services such as camping equipment rental, additional insurance, and the possibility to customize the campervan with extra equipment. This allows customers to tailor their experience according to their preferences and specific needs.
However, it is also important to mention the potential negative aspects of the customer experience with El Monte RV. Some customers have reported technical issues with the campervans, such as engine failures or electrical problems. Although this may be considered an isolated incident, it can still create inconveniences and frustrations for customers while traveling. Additionally, some customers have stated that El Monte RV's refund policy is quite restrictive, making it difficult to modify or cancel a reservation. This can pose a problem if customers have last-minute changes or unforeseen events that force them to cancel or modify their rental.
In conclusion, the customer experience with El Monte RV offers many positive aspects, such as a wide selection of quality campervans and excellent customer service. However, there are also some potential negative aspects, such as technical issues and a restrictive refund policy. Therefore, it is important for customers to consider all these factors before choosing El Monte RV for their campervan rental.

The rental in the US went well. Although I had some trouble reaching people to clarify a few points once on site, there were no issues in the end. The RV on-site was great, spacious, fully equipped, and met our expectations.
Everything went well with Cool Drive!
Vehicle compliant with the request. Lack of clarity on the additional insurance taken out.
rental in the USA motorhome Class A Family Sleeper 32/34 feet 6 sleeping places For two senior couples we thought super comfortable. Well no! 1 normal size double bed 2 single beds for a person max 1.5m 1 single bed for a person 1.7m 2 single beds for a monkey Yves The response from Cooldrive is a truncated compilation of several exchanges which does not surprise me. It's a shame we can't give zer...
Good relationship despite a somewhat complicated registration.
Quick and friendly customer service.
I have been booking motorhome rentals with Cooldrive and Olivier Sellem since 2018 and I am always very happy with the quality of service and the vehicles.
Thank you for finding me an alternative, it has been great.
Easy booking to do. Responsive customer service. Nothing to complain about.
very well for the reservation, the experience has not taken place yet!
We rented a truck camper in June for a road trip in the state of Washington. Everything went well. This is the second time we've rented with Cool Drive. I recommend it.
Wonderful support, very good advice, reassuring. Thank you Marléne.
Everything was clear and they always responded to my messages quickly.
This is the second time we have called on Cooldrive for our camper van reservation in the USA. The first time we were very satisfied, everything went very well. I think it will be the same for this new booking, to be confirmed in 15 days. Fast response, competitive offer, I recommend this site without any problems.
Site in French Very responsive
With Cooldrive, renting a motorhome is easy, and for rentals in the USA, the process is transparent and facilitated through communication with Cooldrive. We are regular customers and we will continue!
In case of a problem, there is no longer any contact or representative, among other things...
Happy to listen. Postponed several times due to COVID. No problem.
Excellent services, quick responses, and very attentive.
They managed well during the Covid period and offered us a credit to postpone the trip. It was reassuring to know that we could have a French-speaking contact in case of issues once we were there...
After three delays in 2020 and 2021, and the closure of an agency, Cooldrive reacted very well to keep our file on hold. They allowed us to leave under good conditions in May 2022. The initial pricing conditions were maintained, and as a result, we did not experience a significant increase.
Quick answers to pre-travel questions
I have rented several times with Cooldrive and everything went very well each time. I recommend!
Very good service. The website is easy to use and clear with the prices.
This is the second time we have contacted Cooldrive to book a camper van. Following the COVID epidemic, Cooldrive took our cancellations into account without any problem. We have always had a contact person when we wanted clarifications.
Very good responsiveness during the COVID period. The company has always listened to us despite 3 date changes over 2 years. They made a good connection with the rental company in the USA following the many questions during this very unstable period.
Very good advice
Very reasonable price for the service.
a reservation that was made 2 years ago and put on hold due to Covid. We kept in touch during these 2 years with our contact person (very nice) and we were able to finalize our trip under perfect conditions. Price and characteristics of the motorcycles respected. Thank you again to the whole team.
