The pros :

Wide Choice of Vehicles: CrossRent offers a varied fleet of campervans, ranging from compact models to larger vans, suitable for different types of travelers. This allows customers to find the vehicle that best meets their needs.

Responsive Customer Service: agents are described as being available and ready to help, whether for questions before the rental or to resolve issues during the trip.

Quality Equipment: the campervans offered are often equipped with modern amenities, such as fully equipped kitchens, efficient heating systems, and good comfort. This contributes to making the travel experience more enjoyable.

Environmental Awareness: CrossRent promotes an eco-responsible approach by encouraging camping options in nature and promoting environmentally friendly practices, attracting clientele concerned about their ecological footprint.

The cons :

High Prices: Some customers have noted that rental prices can be relatively high, especially during peak season. This can make the experience less accessible for limited budgets.

Rental Conditions: the general conditions, sometimes deemed strict, can lead to misunderstandings. For example, additional fees for exceeded mileage or rigorous cleaning obligations can be concerning for travelers.

Delays in Pickup: testimonials mention prolonged waits during the pickup of campervans, which can be frustrating for customers eager to start their adventure.

In summary, while the company stands out for the quality of its vehicles and efficient customer service, some aspects like cost and availability may pose issues for certain clients. Ultimately, the customer experience will largely depend on the expectations and priorities of each traveler.
