Cons:

High cost: Like many vehicle rental companies, prices can be high, especially during the peak tourist season. Some customers express concerns about additional costs, such as insurance and optional extras, which can quickly add up.

Limited availability: Due to the popularity of Touring Cars NO, it can be difficult to find an available vehicle during peak demand periods. This can lead to frustrations for customers trying to plan their trip at the last minute.

Lack of clarity on rental conditions: Although the company provides a guide on rental terms, some customers mention a lack of clarity regarding deposit policies, cancellation fees, and insurance conditions. This can create misunderstandings at the time of booking.

The customer experience with Touring Cars NO has many positive aspects, including the quality of the vehicles, travel flexibility, and dedicated customer service. However, the cost and certain contractual conditions may be drawbacks that deserve attention.
