Pros:

Unique travel experience: Campervans provide an immersive experience, allowing customers to connect with local culture and natural beauty. Travelers can stop at the most picturesque corners, whether on the Adriatic coast or in the hinterland.

Quality of equipment: Touring Cars is often praised for the quality of its fleet of campervans. The vehicles are generally well-maintained, modern, and equipped with all amenities, providing considerable comfort during the journey.

Responsive customer service: Many customers highlight the efficiency of customer service. Whether for advice on itineraries or questions regarding the rental, the Touring Cars team is often available and ready to help.

Cons:

High rental prices: Rental rates can be perceived as a barrier for some travelers. Compared to other modes of transport, renting a campervan can represent a significant cost, especially in high season.

Mileage limitations: Some customers complain about the mileage limitations imposed by the company. These restrictions can lead travelers to alter their plans or incur additional fees, which can cause frustration.

Pickup and drop-off procedure: Although generally efficient, some customers report prolonged wait times during the pickup and drop-off of vehicles. Smoother processes could enhance the overall experience.
