Pros:

Comfort and amenities: The campervans offered are generally well-equipped, providing a comfort that makes you feel at home, even on the road. Kitchen amenities, heating systems, and pleasant living spaces contribute to a pleasant travel experience.

Customer Service: Many reviews mention good customer service, with a team ready to answer questions and resolve issues quickly. This creates a sense of security and satisfaction among customers.

Accessibility: Touring Cars ES has several agencies, making it easier to pick up and return vehicles. This allows travelers to optimize their time and fully enjoy their stay.

Outdoor adventures: The campervans allow access to more remote destinations and provide experiences in nature, which is particularly appreciated by outdoor activity enthusiasts.

Cons:

Pricing: While flexibility is an asset, some customers feel that prices can be high, especially during peak season. Additional costs, such as insurance and cleaning fees, can quickly add up.

Vehicle availability: During high-demand periods, it may be difficult to book the desired campervan model. This may lead travelers to choose vehicles that do not fully meet their needs.

Limited mileage: Some offers may come with mileage restrictions, which could be frustrating for those wishing to travel long distances. Additional fees may also apply if mileage is exceeded.

Rental conditions: The general rental conditions can sometimes seem complex, and some customers report that they are not always clearly explained. This can lead to misunderstandings at the time of vehicle pickup.
