Quality of customer service: Many customers have praised the responsiveness and professionalism of the customer service. The availability to answer questions before, during, and after the rental is often highlighted as a strong point.

Flexibility of rental options: Rent Easy GB offers flexible options, including the ability to change booking dates without additional fees under certain conditions. This is particularly appreciated by travelers with fluctuating plans.

Included equipment: Most campervans are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable trip, such as kitchenware and even leisure equipment. This makes the camping experience easier for customers who do not want to burden themselves with additional gear.

Cons:

Additional costs: Some customers have reported that the initial prices may seem attractive, but additional fees for insurance, mileage, or optional services can quickly increase the final bill.

Return process: The process of returning the campervan can sometimes be confusing. Some people have mentioned difficulties with the vehicle condition check.

Mileage limits: Not all packages include unlimited mileage, which can be inconvenient for those planning to travel long distances. Additional fees may apply if mileage limits are exceeded.

Your CoolDrive expert's opinion:

In summary, the customer experience with Rent Easy GB has undeniable advantages, such as easy booking, a wide variety of vehicles, and responsive customer service. However, there are aspects to check, such as cost transparency. After these precautions, the company remains a valid option for those wishing to explore the UK in a campervan.
