Pros:

Attentive Customer Service: Rent Easy Roumanie is often praised for the quality of its customer service. The staff is welcoming, available, and ready to help customers choose the vehicle that best suits their needs. Additionally, advice on routes and places to visit is frequently provided.

Well-Equipped Vehicles: The campervans available at Rent Easy are generally well-maintained and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant trip (kitchen, bedding, etc.). This allows customers to settle in easily and make the most of their experience without worrying about material details.

Value for Money: Many customers find that the rates offered by Rent Easy Roumanie are competitive compared to other rental companies. This attractive pricing, combined with the quality of services, makes it an interesting choice for adventurers.

Cons:

Vehicle Availability: During the high season, the demand for campervans may exceed the available supply. Some customers have reported difficulties in booking the vehicle of their choice, which can lead to disappointments and last-minute adjustments in travel arrangements.

Rental Conditions: Some customers have noted that the rental terms and conditions can be strict, particularly regarding the security deposit and insurance. This may raise concerns or misunderstandings for users unfamiliar with industry practices.

Unequal Equipment: While many vehicles are well-equipped, some customers have mentioned the lack of certain accessories deemed essential, such as a good radio or GPS. A thorough check before pickup is therefore essential.
