Personalized interaction: Many customers report exceptional customer service, with attentive staff who take the time to answer questions and ensure that every customer feels welcome.

The cons :

Additional costs: Although rental prices may seem attractive at first glance, several customers report hidden costs such as extra cleaning fees, non-included insurance, and expenses related to vehicle maintenance. This can make the experience financially less advantageous than expected.

Defective equipment: Some customers have reported that equipment within the campervans, such as refrigerators or heating systems, do not always function properly. This can lead to inconveniences during the trip and decrease overall comfort.
