After three delays in 2020 and 2021, and the closure of an agency, Cooldrive reacted very well to keep our file on hold. They allowed us to leave under good conditions in May 2022. The initial pricing conditions were maintained, and as a result, we did not experience a significant increase.

We therefore had to pay for these options again with the rental company, which were included in the initial price. A complaint was made to Cooldrive, but it went unanswered. For the rest, everything went well.

Nothing to say regarding the services and offerings (the vehicle and the extras matched what was booked), but I lacked important information, such as the presentation time on-site / duration of the handover for a first rental. I arrived shortly before the rental company's closing time and almost got charged a hefty penalty.

Initially, the camper offered online was not available, but a good alternative was quickly provided. The communication regarding the various steps to be taken is clear. The camper was from 2025 and was clean and complete. The pick-up in Norway took longer than expected (4 hours), but in the end, it became a vacation to never forget. Highly recommended!
