Initially, the camper offered online was not available, but a good alternative was quickly provided. The communication regarding the various steps to be taken is clear. The camper was from 2025 and was clean and complete. The pick-up in Norway took longer than expected (4 hours), but in the end, it became a vacation to never forget. Highly recommended!

Negative point: The prices are high and the insurance aspect is a real stress because we understand that if we have a claim, cooldrive will not help us with the procedures.

Three months after the cancellation of our reservation, we still have not received the refund of the remaining deposit. Customer service is becoming less and less responsive (2 weeks without news), after an initial reaction that was quick.

The price now is even cheaper. I paid all the fees already and my trip starts from July 21st. I filed a complaint email and got ONLY the response "understand my feelings." Fully unacceptable, how can they treat an "early bird" like this?
