a difference between the pick-up and return times! A problem with my credit card, which was only a debit card and therefore I couldn't pay the deposit. I was not aware of this restriction. I was able to pay the rental of €1500 but not the deposit of €500! Scheduled departure at 2:30 PM, actual departure at 6:30 PM! Difficult to get information before booking by phone or email, almost impossible. However, good responsiveness by email once the booking is made. Lack of fluidity on the site with issues downloading the various documents requested on the site but quickly resolved by Cool Drive.

Initially, the camper offered online was not available, but a good alternative was quickly provided. The communication regarding the various steps to be taken is clear. The camper was from 2025 and was clean and complete. The pick-up in Norway took longer than expected (4 hours), but in the end, it became a vacation to never forget. Highly recommended!
