Easy to contact intermediary. For my part, a big thank you to Marlene for her availability and responsiveness.
Responsiveness to emails and requests is excellent.
I actually booked this trip before Covid and had to cancel for obvious reasons. I did not receive a refund but was told I would have a credit. When I did rebook it after 2 years, I was told that the offer had expired but they did give me a discount (10%). I shall comment after our trip to get a real idea of the service.
Had a great experience so far! I'll review again once we actually take possession of our RV and have finished our trip with it!
Really a bad camper. Dirty. Ready to go with no diesel and empty water tank. Toilet broken, electric recharging system broken. No GPS, no fridge, kitchen machine on fire. Turning table seats broken. What else? Indi Camper asked me to go fix the electric system at a camper service 30 minutes from Porto. It was closed for vacation. This has never happened in my life all around the world.

A lot of difficulties with our bank cards for the deposit transfer. This made us lose 2 hours. Very little flexibility from the lady who welcomed us; rather arrogant. The contract, signed before Covid, was postponed to April 2022. You increased the price several times without any explanation. Upon arrival, you removed the rental of duvets, cushions, and thus additional payments to be made. In the...

Initially, the camper offered online was not available, but a good alternative was quickly provided. The communication regarding the various steps to be taken is clear. The camper was from 2025 and was clean and complete. The pick-up in Norway took longer than expected (4 hours), but in the end, it became a vacation to never forget. Highly recommended!
