I had an emergency and called, contacted politely and tried to reach them through all of their forms of social media and have also emailed them several times, over many days. This company is basically uncontactable. All they do is take your money online, (the wrong amount) they make errors and mistakes and then - nothing. Sorry to say but I hate them.

I went through this site to rent a van in Sweden during the summer of 2018. Excellent site, it was the best rate I could find, I asked a question and the response was quick and relevant.
Fortunately, there were only 3 of us because the camper van supposedly for 6 is overrated. Maximum autonomy of 48 hours. The rental company offered an all-inclusive package that was very advantageous but unknown to Cooldrive.

Initially, the camper offered online was not available, but a good alternative was quickly provided. The communication regarding the various steps to be taken is clear. The camper was from 2025 and was clean and complete. The pick-up in Norway took longer than expected (4 hours), but in the end, it became a vacation to never forget. Highly recommended!
