Hello, I accidentally discovered your site for a stay in Ireland. The positive point is that I was able to speak on the phone with a friendly, competent lady who answered all my requests. On the negative side: I booked a first vehicle available on your site for the requested dates. Three days later, I receive another email saying that it is no longer available, and the site offers me another one....
Very simple and effective
Good, but sometimes it was missing some information.
Diverse offer at all prices. The first vehicle chosen was unavailable, so CoolDrive immediately offered us another one in the same price range. The reservation tracking was very accurate. They respond to questions quickly. I appreciated the payment in two installments. It was the first time we rented a motorhome, and the professionalism of CoolDrive's booking system reassured us.
We were charged twice, two months later we are still trying to get our money back...
For a rental at Christmas, there are few options... but compensated by a very good price.

Reasonable price, suitable facilities
We had a great experience.
No! Unfortunately: extremely unpleasant, no follow-up, and each of our requests was simply said to be impossible to process. I eventually told them that I was going to call the rental company in Ireland directly (McRent), and there, our request was handled and resolved in 2 seconds! With a smile! So CoolDrive as a French-speaking intermediary is completely useless, no service!
The camper van offered on-site did not match the initial reservation. No information about the change in advance from CoolDrive. No responses to the emails sent and phone lines always on hold.
We had to rent sheets and blankets on site for the night, which were not included in the €1200 rental! When renting a camper van, it's not to bring your own pillows, sheets, and blankets... ESPECIALLY when a majority of travelers arrive by plane in Dublin (the rental company is located 3 km from the airport).
